It's the only center in Nevada County to have both their Infant/Toddler and Preschool rooms rated at 5 Stars by the Nevada County Child Care Coordinating Council through the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools. The center proudly displays its certificate of 5 Stars as a Quality Child Care Program and strives daily to exceed those standards.
It takes teamwork to coordinate care for over 100 children and exceed the quality requirements.

Join our Team. We currently have openings for Teachers in our infant and preschool rooms.
Teachers promote children in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth needed as well as maintains safety and best practices for a child care setting.
Required:
12 units of Early Childhood education or Child Development (ECE/ED) required. Including 3 units each in core courses of child/human development growth and development, child/family/community or child and family relations, and program/curriculum. 50 days of 3
hours per day within 2 years. Alternative qualification is Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) earned in California. Employees working with children under 2 required a minimum of 3 unites related to the care of infants per Title 22 (101415.1).
CPR certification.
Preferred:
Current valid credential from the Office of Teacher Credentialing, Child Development Permit-Associate Teacher, Teacher or Master Teacher.
Education and/or Experience are based on the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing for the Child Development Permit Matrix. All coursework must meet the approved standards of Title 22 (101216.1).




Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
