Director of Safety & Security
Martis Camp Club is seeking a Director of Safety and Security to manage the Gatehouse and Security Operations, 16 to 18 Ambassadors, communication with 671 home site owners, providing a safe environment for the community and residents, assistance to members, guests, contractors, and employees, planning and implementing a budget, revising and maintaining policy and procedure manual, hiring/training/supervising staff, monitoring and directing the house watch, and alarm monitoring programs.
Qualities for the ideal candidate include a positive attitude, leader to security team members, a clean and neat personal presentation and a professional representation and 10 years minimum relevant experience.
